I will begin with the positive. The location was excellent and the hotel is very secure even though the rooms don’t have a safe. My problem is I booked a room with a window and the window coverings are operated by remote control and was not working. I told the front desk and they promised to have it fixed because I was in a dark room without a window. They never fixed the window covering and I was forced to use my own money to pay for clips to open the window coverings. I have traveled all over the world and I was never forced to spend my own money to fix something in a hotel room. This was unfortunate and this is why I cannot recommend this hotel with the many choices in the Lleras Park area.

El hotel no está insonorizado y escuchas todo el ruido de la discotecas hasta las 4am, adicionalmente está en construcción entonces a las 7:30am ya están trabajando y haciendo ruido haciendo imposible poder dormir tranquilamente. No informan desde el principio que no tienen desayuno, pésimo hotel
